Perth Legal Docs Contractual Terms

Our contract with you includes your promise to:

1.      agree to these contractual terms, as evidenced by your use of our services;
2.      accept a licence from us to create the document you ordered;
3.      accept that you do not own the intellectual property comprised in the document;
4.      accept that we are the sole owner of the intellectual property comprised in the document;
5.      not use any part of the document to create another document;
6.      not use the document except for purpose for which it was ordered;
7.      not copy or modify the document;
8.      not represent that someone other than Perth Legal Docs created the document;
9.       be responsible for the information provided to us to allow us to create the document;
10.    indemnify us from any loss caused to you or any other person because the document is not suited to its intended purpose or for any other reason;
11.    indemnify us from any other loss caused by any other event, act or omission by any person in connection with the document;
12.    ensure the details provided to us are true and correct; and
13.    agree that we are not registered legal practitioners and have not provided legal advice.

For completeness, “you” means you, “we” means Perth Legal Docs and “the document” means any document you order from Perth Legal Docs.
